Here at Justin Ray Culinary, we cater to what you love!
So, you won't find a fixed menu here.

All food preparations are done in a commercial kitchen or the comfort of your home kitchen before being prepared and presented to your guests. All Items are served buffet style or made to order. We will cook the items outside under our canopy tent (includes cooking equipment, chaffing dishes, disposable bamboo plates, silverware and napkins).

Instead of asking you to make selections from a set menu that we offer, we simply invite you to review our signature offerings and get inspired by our gallery before getting in touch to create your customized culinary experience.

This includes services for dinner parties, graduations, bridal or baby showers, celebrations of life, holiday events, realtors' open houses or any group larger than 25 people. Our Catering Menu starts at $25 per person.
