Catering Menu

Here at Justin Ray Culinary, we cater to what you love! So, you won't find a fixed menu here.


Instead of asking you to make selections from a set menu that we offer, we simply invite you to review our signature offerings and get inspired by our gallery before getting in touch to create your customized culinary experience

Menu Items are served buffet style or made to order on-site at your event. We will cook the items outside under our canopy tent (includes cooking equipment, chaffing dishes + tables, disposable bamboo plates, silverware and napkins). Please only choice a few selections as we do not prepare the whole menu

Our Catering Menu starts at $25 per person. Custom menu starts at $35 per person.
